Coaching is unlocking a person’s potential to maximise their own performance. It is helping them to learn rather than teaching them.

The coach helps the client to achieve their personal best and to produce the results they want in their personal and professional lives. Coaching ensures the client can give their best, learn and develop in the way they wish.

Coaching is a partnership between coach and client. You are the expert of your life and my role as your coach is to convince you about this.

Consultancy

I would like to invite you to take part in individual effectiveness consultations, a self-awareness journey with Insights Discovery® – a psychometric tool based on the psychology studies of Carl Jung.

You will learn what your individual style of functioning is, and what impact it has on how you build relationships with others at work and in private life. You will learn about differences between people and how to appreciate them to find a better way of communication and cooperation with others.
